Occupational Health Service

The occupational health service is a professional advisory service for employers in the field of occupational health protection of employees. It assists the employer in creating a healthy working environment in order to achieve the best possible health status for employees. It includes the following services:

Work environment surveillance - professional and specialised activities relating to the working environment, working conditions and the way work is carried out in terms of the impact on health,
Employee health surveillance - medical examinations in connection with the performance of work.

The role of the occupational health service is to ensure primary prevention, i.e. the prevention of health damage in connection with the performance of work.

The aim of the occupational health service is to keep employees fit for work for as long as possible while maintaining the highest possible quality of life.

MEDICONET OHC Slovakia s.r.o. provides occupational health service for employees who perform work classified in categories 1, 2, 3 and 4 in accordance with Act No. 355/2007 Coll., on the basis of the authorisation issued by the Health Inspectorate of the Slovak Republic No. OPPL-9536/2008-Oj of 8 January 2009. on the protection, promotion and development of public health and on the amendment and supplementation of certain acts, as amended.
